HOME – Digin Ani's Za'atar
Digin Ani started making za'atar over 50 years ago, not long after moving to Los Angeles from Aleppo, Syria. Her za'atar has since gained a cult following if you’re lucky enough to get on the customer list. That’s why we jumped on the opportunity to share Digin Ani’s creations with the QAMI JAN family.
Each 2.5 oz jar comes with a bamboo spoon for easy scooping.

Ingredients
Dried Zataar (Syrian Oregano,) dried thyme, dried cilantro, dried chickpeas, dried seeds, dried Aleppo pepper, salt, cumin, sumac, black sesame seeds, peanuts, and other spices.

Including nuts: Digin Ani's Za'atar is a secret blend of ingredients that contains allergens, including peanuts, and is prepared in a kitchen that also handles other allergens, including other nuts. Please do not consume if you know or think you may have any allergies.
The Armenian people, worldwide, are in a state of despair. 100 years after the Armenian Genocide, we saw that the loss of our people, homeland, and culture has not ended, most recently with the violent uprooting of Artsakh. We founded QAMI JAN in 2022 to uplift your spirit, to create a renewed sense of hope and resistance. We do this by focusing on our ancient culture and supporting local artisans. We are not relics. We are very much alive. And we will return.
