SHIPPING POLICIES

BEFORE YOUR ORDER SHIPS

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once you have placed an order. Please review the e-mail carefully and check that you input the correct shipping address. If the shipping address is inaccurate, you must let us know immediately, before we ship the item.

If you need your item ASAP (e.g., it is a gift), reach out to us before placing your order. We do our best to make birthdays and special events happen. If there is anything special about your order or the recipient, let us know too, so that we can drop a card or a note on your behalf.

OUR TIME TO PREPARE YOUR ORDER FOR SHIPPING

Except for pre-order items and made-to-order items (jewelry, bespoke artwork, etc.), we typically ship out orders within 1-3 business days. We try to be fast!

You will receive an e-mail with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 business days of placing your order and haven't heard from us, please contact us here or in the chat box (bottom right corner of our website).

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

We are based in Connecticut, USA and fulfill our orders from here.

If you are located on the east coast, you should receive your order 1-2 business days thereafter; 2-3 business days for the south and midwest, and 4-5 business days for the west coast. Please note that these are estimates, and we cannot guarantee that the mail service will deliver your item within a certain time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Finally, please note that we have resumed international shipping despite all of the headaches it presents. If you are located outside of the United States, there may be customs duties and/or taxes, imposed by your country, on your order, which is in addition to the shipping cost that you paid when you placed an order with us. You may be required to pay those fees so that your item can be released from customs and delivered to you. While we want you to receive your order, we cannot pay those fees on your behalf.
