The December issue of QAMI JAN Magazine features two interviews, one of Sargis Petrosyan, an art historian who faced resistance in Yerevan against his wanting to research the early Armenian photographers of Constantinople, and the second of Emma Welty, an Armenian-American contemporary artist who was defamed by an anonymous Instagram account that mischaracterized her artwork, an open letter to Kim Kardashian, singling it out as an example of "how low our society can sometimes stoop." Ouch. We recommend that you read the interviews in sequential order. Otherwise, scroll through, hop around, disagree with us (but don't do it behind an anonymous Instagram account), and enjoy.
