EXCHANGESÂ + RETURNS
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please reach out to us directly here.
QAMI JAN cannot offer returns or exchanges for our stationery items, food items, or art works, including collaborations with artists.
Apparel items, however, can be exchanged, for a different size/color item if we have that size in stock, or returned for store credit, if the following conditions are met:
• Returns must be made within 10 business days of delivery.
• The returned/exchanged item(s) must be unworn and complete.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.
Please note:
• Customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
• Store credit will be given for the retail price of item(s) purchased.
